I heard thru a friend who gave me his email address and password that you have a post on your forum from Taxpayer-777-Woman Tortured in Dearborn....tell Mr Gorchow that he should pay careful attention to his emai,l his mail, and faxe's because the victim of this torture is about to go public-it involve's public officials covering this matter up-this is what i was told to send today-"here is a footnote that is extremely relevant you will not understand it until the timeline of torture comes to light but here it is keep it as a matter of record-i was with the person who was tortured when she recently was at the Ann Arbor Public Library on fifth and williams st in Ann Arbor/wheir a friend of her's was sending email's for her/pertaing to the history of the torture/whier they recently staged a event to bann the person from the library so htey can no longer use the internet as a tool for emailing the history of torture and oter thing's she was doing to help bring this to the public's attention/the government knew what she was doing by activly monitoring her email's thru their server/as they are doing know here at U of M in Dearborn Mi/one of the government people who keeps a eye on her is sitting across from her know this same individual did the same in Ann Arbor.What happenend at the Ann Arbor library on the 8'th of this month was predicted by the victim in detail on a dated notarization 10 day's before and the whole incident was caught on audio/which clearly show's the Library Stafff including security personnal working with the perpetrator's and the Ann Arbor police assisteing the event,"Footnote 6 day's before this event the victim went to the ACLU in Ann Arbor on May 01-2008 and left some information for a Mr Steinberg,and was given information about contacting paralegal's at the ACLU's office in Lansing/ THis victim's mail is being intercepted and the FBI are in play"WHY"Because a Dearborn Postal Employee was a active participant in crimminally soliciting the torture of this victim.. the adio tape and the notarization fit like a glove down to the last sylable on the audio tape and the text on the notarization/it literally is that simple and clear to te detail. So when this comes to light and it will/the proof the victim aquired 2 year's ago and everything that the perpetrator's have done inbetwwen and throughout the timeline of torture harrassment intimidation illegal petitioning/adding and abbedding stalking and interstate stalking/mail theft/mail tampeing/stalking /assalt and theft/these are the peticulars of this situation/I have email's showing Ms Worthy was notified about this 5 time-2 email's 3 letter that she was faxed to let her no they whould be arriving and a personnal visit by the victim were as a choice of legal term she has told me to state that it appeared to be a staged conference with a lady from the forfieture office trying to direct her to a state police officer who just happened to walk in the door as she was leaving"the last time the victim approached the police outside of Dearborn/;she was illegally petitioned into a phychiatric ward whier they deliberatly gave her a false diagnosis"which she can prove"to discredit her and to protect them from future litigation: their method's of dicrediting the victim were also used as a tool to solicit torture. My name is sniggih I have been the victim of torture,the perpetrator's began their pathology with the mantality that it take's a community to raise a child:I was in a Alcoholic's Anonymous when I met a woman by the name of Michele Wise: of Westland Mi This letter is a summary of some of the current history of what's been going on-it is by no mean's a description of what I went thru and what's been going on-this letter is to only describe the stalking aspect of what Ive been going thru with the perpetrator's/which in, later you will come to see that the stalking aspect of this situation is part of the crimminal solicitaion of torture through intimindation/by association. Now that your confused,understandibly,it is essential though that you keep this as a matter of record,and when you recieve the 1:Timeline of torture "Including the people involved , the resident's whier the torture took place, the state's I was stalked in, and the fact's that illustrate direct deliberate human effort and the method of torture" 2:The physical papertrail the perpetrator's left behind 3: The Audio tape's that directly coincide with dated email's explaining their pattern's of behavior's before they happened,which the pattern's were written out on paper and notarized isolating the date in time,then capturing the pattern's of behavior's on audio tape after the date of the notarization. All 3 of these variable's-the history of all 3 will clearly show a heinous crime took place on a innocent learning disabled woman who never did 1 thing to deserve 1 bit of it. and #4-the email's and audio's will show direct deliberate police involvement in the torture, the coverup, harrassment and intimidation of the victim. The email's will show Government official's were notified and how intimidation and harrassment of the victim increased expeditionally. Thourghout the whole timeline,in many seperate email's it clearly detail's method's of stalking,harrassment and intimidation,so me the victim started noticing all of their pattern's of same,so I did 2 thing's inbetwween running and the effect's of what happened to me, 1. I bought a tape recorder"Again" 2. I started writing down their pattern's of method's and predicting wheir and sometime's when they whould probably try these method's agian,than I whould have this piece of paper notarized isolating the date,hoping to catch the incident on audio as it unfold's in relation to the method's I had notarized: Bingo it happened on the 5'th of May-4 day's after reporting what happened to the ACLU in Ann Arbor, and 3 day's later a secound major incident that was described on the 5'th by afriend of the perpetrator's that I caught on audio,and that is also described in email's and clearly described in the notarization's I have. This happened the morning after I sent email's to steve wilson letting him know I was camping their,the night before-the dearbborn police were trying to get me to camp out in another city-were at that point in time I would be discovered by that city's police and probaly petitioned into heritage under the pre-text that I look homeless and distitute-then at that time they will do as they've done before give me a totally ****** diagnosis-lie to me about my right's and medication-put me on medication against my will that causes extreme anxiety-then stage incident's of provacation while im their these verbal provacation's are 100% laced with dialog that's attached to the torture this is all done to potentiate feeling state's of extremne anger and resentment and jsut when they belive I emotionally exhuasted from the abuse and medication they release me,knowing that by now at that time I'm totally abused enough for a relapse,which keep's them safe for 1 more month because if Im tied up in addiction I cannot go after them-and when it's over I dont even have bus fare to come and see you-this is the picture-Ms Moss I have proof-and a detailed history of the abuse,torture,and a list of teh perpertrator's. Todat the U of M security stafff stole some of the proof I hi'de at the library I hide it their because I was afraid the dearborn police might also be looking for a reason to go thru my possesion-because they have stolen stuff in the past and in January 2 cassette tapes were altered thru humbolt county medical staff in connection with the stalked abuse I experience in California-a eureka police officer down their took some drug paraphanillia I used the night before-that I had left in the motel room-I left the room to check out but collapsed emotionally and called 911 from the lobby for a ambulance-the eurka police came instead-I told them the truth that I had relapsed becuase of the overwhelming anxiety attached to being stalked from michigan to here-he searched me asked me wheir the pipe was I told him underneath the carpet at the entrance of the closet in the motel room I just checked out of,they went and got it asked me to identify it-i said that was the one I had used they then told me they were taking me to detox for observation when I got their the lady who came out to talk to me totally laced her converstion with dialog attached to te torture tat supposively never happened then she came out and said out the blue-"If someone broke into my house and did that to me Id shoot them-I never mentioned a house or the torture-that night they kept craeting something out of nothing to have a excuse to give me adavan-they then released me the next morning-I went downstair's to leave but decided to repak my backpak to make sure te paper trail was still their it was but guess what-Officer Hill put the pipe they went and got and put it in my back pack :I dont think tey knew I was going to go thru it-and I think they were going to try and approach my camp site that night or the next night come up with a reason to search my bag find it then take a blood test and accuse me of using again-.,thepersonnal at Humbolyt county health service's erased 2 part's of audio I had on tape-1 part a hotel manager literally came out and said to me"you are smart-after I accussed him of working togeher with the police in trying top set me up"they ereased that entire part of that event-they also erased a part about humbolt parks and service officer grilling me about how much money I had left-I was paying for camping and was leaving the site-which was also on tape a person who is leaving a camp are which tat fact is on tape-why whould he drill me on how much money I had left-they were trying to get a idea so they could rob me of my backpack that holds my tent-so they could tie me up in the system down their for nbbeing homeless-if they steal my backpack and they know hoe much money I have than they can predict if I can buy 1 to replace it-they did teh same thing in dearborn last year. Dear Fellow Michigan Taxpayers: What Im about to write may seem a little unorthodox at first-but I belive it's the best and quickest way to help you see a important factor that is in direct reference to the perpetrator's that tortured my friend' it's in direct reference to their method's. "A Armed robber goe's into a 7-Eleven to robb it-but he doe'snt want to be caught or identified,so he put's on a ski mask and wait's until a time of the day wheir customer traffic is not heavy. He goe's in put's a gun to the clerk's face and demand's cash: know the clerk did'nt expect this and is naturally scared-so out of fear the clerk listen's to the demand's of the robber:but their is a secound clerk the robber did'nt know about and when the robber doe's finally notice him the secound clerk is already got his finger on the hold up button for the alarm: what do you think(Reading This) that the robber is thinking at this time. Me I whould guess he is thinking that he is losing control of the current situation and has to do something fast to stop the secound clerk, for 3 reasons 1:So the robber can continue with the crime 2:So he has time to get away unnoticed/and unidentified 3:So he wont be caught. So the robber turn's and point's the gun at the 2'nd clerk and demand's him to stand with the first clerk:he then proceed's to take the cash/then he tie's up the clerk's to slow their attempts to reach for help after he leave's /and then he leave's. OK this was a dramatization of a crimminal act/the robber had to agend's commit the crime and getv away with it scott free. I decided to write this dramatization to illustrate the obvious,crimminal's only care about their agenda and not getting caught. My freind is a Learning disabled woman of the age 44-she was tortured repeatededly in Dearborn Mi.. This crimminal act was deliberate,methodical and exacting. The people who torturted my friend were people she once knew from Dearborn Alcoholics Anonymous,1 of these person's was a Dearborn Postal Supervisor who also went to Dearborn AA-Both the perpetrator's and the Victim knew this Postal Employee.Now due to the legal aspect's of what's goin to come out perrtaining to this case/the victim and myself belive that alot of the detail's need to be expedited by the ACLU and Lawyer's,especially since the Police, and other's are involved in covering it up. Dear michigan citizen's do you remeber the Ms Green case were she told her pastor that she belived someone was trying to kill her,and then she end's up dead,welp that's the reason I wrote the above dramatization/the perpetrator's who tortured my friend know that she has physical proof of the stalkingand coverup aspect of this crimminal act/she has the Ann Arbor Poice on audio deliberatley working with Library staff including security staff staging a incident that was blundered at the last secound/and the victim who before this incident started predicteing their next move's based on their previous pattern's, their fear's about her using the ANN Arbor Library to send these blogs and wheir she was typing the timeline of torture out thru a free email account,see the victim put a stop to their intimidation and harrassment,she put a stop to it as far as letting it intimidate her and running from it,so she bought a tape recorder to catch them on tape and then when the perpetrator's saw this along with her using the library internet as a tool for completing the timeline of torture she predicted they whould get anxious,so based on their previous harrassment and intimidation tactic's,she wrote down how they whould react to what she was currently doing she wrote down on a piece of papaer and had it notarized that they whould stage a incident at the Ann Arbor Library or a few other place's she frequent's daily on her routine of getting need's met"Like Eating,Shopping,Laundry,and why they whould stage the incident's(They did'nt want her using the internet to post blogs about the torturte or to finish the timeline:becuse it whould not only expose what's been goin on but it whould also expose that it was reported to THe FBI-3 time's the Governer's office-6 time's thru the Michigan .gov web site at the citizens assistance feature on that website/in which when my friend did use this tool harrassment and intimidation of the victim tripled,Ms Worthy was emailed phoned,3 letter's were mailed to her and she even went down to her office last septyember wheir it appaeared that they were trying to tagteam her with a state tropper so they could peteition her to discredit her. They seen that this internet availibility at the Ann Arbor Library was a clear and Present threat to the people involved so as a result they had to attempt something so it whould look like tey whould have a reason to ban her from the library-she predicted this wrote it out on a piece of paper had it notarized,this notarization describe's to the tee who they whould use who the witnesses whould probably be and who they whould use to make it look legal-it all came true right down to the last sllyable and written word,the library staff's action's clearly show a coopertive effort with the perpetrator's and the Ann Arbor Police deliberatly fishing for cause to position the victim to another place that is also described in email's and notarization's befor ethe fact- the whole incident is obvious/but hears' te thing the victim 2 day's before caught them on audio predicting this incident at the library which this incident is also illustrated on a notarization before it happened. Their caught they know it,so the reaosn Im writing this today is the victim is using a computer at a University Library were she has been repeadtly harrassed,this university library connect's Ann Arbor's intrest's think about it their's a University in Ann Arbor wheir is their another one that whould tie Ann Arbor to this university in Dearborn,how isn that connected to this/the Victim was a student at HFCC in dearfborn when she was tortured/she reported the stalking aspect of this crime to HFCC campus Saftey/I have to stop the detail of this right know due to legal concern's but listen to this and understand public HFCC did not do with the report what they shoulod've,the cover up was discovered by the victim so then the victim started using the internet next door at U of M Dearborn in their library this is wheir the victim began the timeline/the dearborn police or the FBI started to surval her internet activity at u of M Dearborn they saw what she was doing writing out the time timeline so they stated harrassing her hoping to create a atmoshphere of powerlessness,hopelessness,and resentment so the victim whould go somewheir else/wheir stage event's can happen wheir they wont look so obvious because it's not happening in Dearborn the collective thought of copperating police department's are utilyzed and the victim is arressted pettiioned given deliberate false diagnosis to disredit her and to protect them from future litigation,this is the armmed robber with the mask on.
